Marine Wildlife First Aid Training

Experience marine wildlife rescue behind the scenes and learn how to assist animals in distress.

Coming Soon

Join Sea World Foundation for a Marine Wildlife First Aid awareness workshop at Sea World in 2026.

Learn why marine animals require assistance, how to recognise signs of distress, and what to do if you encounter an animal in trouble. The workshop covers the correct steps for reporting an incident, managing the scene safely until help arrives, and how to transport injured sea turtles and seabirds to your nearest wildlife hospital.

You will also have the opportunity to meet rescue sea turtles currently undergoing rehabilitation, as well as close encounters with our rescue resident dolphins and seals who now call Sea World home.

Please note this a general public awareness program and does not provide an accredited qualification or lead to volunteering opportunities with Sea World Foundation.
